"OenoFoss2" is a rapid multi-component analysis device used in the wine production process. It allows for simultaneous measurement of multiple components necessary for quality control (QC) within 1.5 minutes (for grape juice and finished products) to 3.5 minutes (for fermenting juice). It also features zero-point correction and an automatic cleaning function, making it maintenance-free. In traditional methods, the analysis time for each component takes about 40 to 110 minutes, but the analysis time for grape juice, fermenting juice, and finished products can be reduced to approximately 25 minutes each.
